■Summary
This is a measuring device for quantitative fit testing of dust masks, etc. Compliant with JIS T8150:2021 "standard" and "shortened" quantitative fit tests. Equipped with 95 modes, it can also be used with disposable dust masks such as DS2.
■Features
・MT-11D is a measuring instrument that uses a condensation nucleus counter (CNC or CPC), which is mainstream overseas. In addition, with the built-in classifier (DMA), it is also compatible with the measurement of disposable dust masks DS2 and N95 masks.
- The housing is made of aluminum, making it durable.
- Count the number of dust particles on the outside and inside of the mask, and use the results to determine the rate of dust penetration into the mask (leakage rate (%)) or fit factor.
・Measurement using a test guide (non-destructive mask) and measurement using a tube joint set (drilling holes in the mask) can be performed.
-Can communicate with a PC using a USB cable.
・With the included mirror, you can check how well the mask is worn at any time.
- Can be used by all customers who use dust masks (including N95 masks) in medical and industrial settings.
・Use high-purity isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or ethanol for measurement.
・In addition to communication software, it is possible to register subject information and mask information using the MT-11D itself.
-In addition to the included touch pen, you can use a commercially available mouse to operate the screen.
・Since the target particle size range is wide and the sample flow rate is relatively large for a CNC fitting tester, a particle generator is not required in many cases.
