■Principle of pressure type
The sample is emulsified, dispersed, and crushed by using energy such as collisions between particles caused by ejecting the pressurized sample from the gap, shear force due to the pressure difference, and destructive force due to collision with the impact ring. . Even when moving from a laboratory machine to a production machine, the homogeneity mechanism remains the same, so there is little risk of scale-up and sample reproducibility is high. The emulsification effect when applying the same pressure is inferior to the collision type, but the same effect and sample can be obtained by processing a larger amount and applying more pressure.
