■Summary

RETSCH has solved the problem of conventional ball mills, which generate heat due to continuous operation, with an innovative water cooling system. This allows Emax to operate continuously without interruptions due to air cooling, significantly reducing the time required for grinding. Emax's cooling system makes sense. The water circulating from the tank cools the grinding jar indirectly through the grinding jar bracket. Water cooling has a higher cooling effect than air cooling, so it dissipates heat more effectively. Depending on the usage conditions, in addition to using the built-in water cooling system alone, if you want to set the rotation speed higher or control the temperature more effectively, you can use it in conjunction with a chiller or tap water. It is possible to further enhance the cooling effect.
