■Rapid heating and cooling up to 1,800℃

The heating device has a vacuum chamber structure, with an ultimate vacuum of 10⁻³Pa, and is compatible with vacuum, inert gas, and reducing atmospheres. Rapid heating and cooling is possible up to 1,800℃ at 1,500℃/Sec. By using the optional load mechanism module "SVF12FTC", it is also possible to observe stress loads (up to 5kN) at high temperatures. ■High-speed image acquisition accurately linked to temperature

Record a video linking the actual temperature using the temperature control software "HI-TOS". In confocal mode, images are sampled at a maximum speed of 15FPS. It captures even minute changes and records temperature data in perfect synchronization. Excellent temperature control allows programming within ±1℃. *Heating load device SVF12FYC is an option.
