■Fail-safe structure to prevent abnormal overheating
If the shelves are filled with too many samples, heat will accumulate at the bottom and the shelves will become hot. There are many accidents where plastic equipment melts and catches fire. The DGS400 has a new air duct that creates an upward airflow even if the sample is too crowded. Abnormal overheating due to heat trapping can be prevented.
■Design with fool proof consideration in mind
If you remove the bottom shelf and place the sample directly on the bottom, there is a risk of burnout. The bottom shelf has a special design and is firmly fixed. In addition, there is no ventilation hole in the bottom plate, so even if resin products melt or small items are dropped, they will not fall directly into the heater chamber.
■Temperature control range
By deliberately limiting the temperature control range to 110℃, which is sufficient for drying equipment, we have avoided careless mistakes that could result in accidentally operating at high temperatures.
■Independent overheating preventer
Equipped with an independent overheat prevention device on the front of the device, it is easy to set and check.
■Maximum current
The maximum current is 7A, so you can use two devices at the same time with two outlets (15A, 1 system).
