About This Product

It is a rubber conveyor cover developed for the purpose of dustproof, waterproofing and windproof when transporting belt conveyors. It is optimal for places where general resin and metal conveyor cover cannot be used in conveyors where shooting portions move, such as unloaders, recruitment, and trippers.

■ Specially･ In the width direction, sufficient rigidity is obtained by the effect of the reinforced steel cord, so the seal belt can only support both ends (ears) and can be used without slowing down. In addition, it can be designed under the conditions of people on the seal belt for maintenance and management.
･ In the longitudinal direction, the width direction reinforcement is a steel code, so it is very flexible and familiar with the small pulley.
･ Because it is uniformly reinforced with a steel cord overall, there is no trouble such as early wear and rod exposure of the cover rubber of the rod embedded part like the rod type.
･ Endless can be easily constructed locally.

■ structureThe structure of the Yokohama Seal belt is buried with a steel cord layer to give sufficient rigidity in the width direction of the heart canvas, and the outer surface is covered with rubber with excellent tension resistance and weather resistance.
