An inexpensive and easy-to-use monitoring system born from the voices of new drug developers.

In the early development phase, it is difficult to determine the physical parameters of elution and solubility of the drug substance because the amount of sample is small.Is there any equipment that can be used to suit the condition of the sample? In response to these requests from development personnel, we developed a drug substance dissolution testing system using UV fiber optics. Since absorbance can be monitored in seconds, the rise of the elution curve can be accurately monitored using the UV online system (minimum time is approximately 3 minutes).
It can be used for the following tests.
1. Dissolution rate of drug substance
2. Real-time dissolution profile of the formulation
3. Detection of changes in crystal polymorphism
4. Measurement of equilibrium solubility
5.Others, excipient screening, test solution selection, salt selection, etc.

Features
■Dissolution tests of drug substances can be performed on a scale of 2 to 20 mL of solvent.- Test tube size can be changed.
・Can also be tested with a 1LL vessel, which is a regular dissolution tester.
・Can test even a few milligrams of sample amount of drug substance.

■The number of fiber probes can be changed from 1 to 8.・You can select the number of probes from 1 to 8 at the time of purchase.
- If the number of tests increases, the number can be increased from 1 to 8.

■Easy to create elution curves- Flexible data processing is possible, such as measuring elution curves and comparing elution rates of each sample.
-Data can be transferred to EXCEL and processed.

■Easy to upgrade and customize with Japanese software・Since it was developed in Japan, it is Japanese software, and upgrades, modifications, and customization can be done quickly and easily.
・A highly durable UV system that minimizes solarization using our unique mechanism.

■You can also use your own dissolution tester.・You can also use your existing dissolution tester as a water bath.
・We will create a water bath and multiple stirring system to suit your needs.
