About This Product

You can easily move it to the front of the dissolution tester. In accordance with JP/USP/EP, after heating 10-40 L of test liquid to the specified temperature, filtration, vacuum degassing (thin film processing method), and dispensing operations are immediately performed. The dispensing volume can be set from 250 mL to 1000 mL (50 mL intervals). Furthermore, the dispensing accuracy is within ±1%.

・Can degas and dispense up to 7 vessels simultaneously in about 5 minutes ・Can prepare 10-40L of test liquid at one time ・Movable deaeration/dispensing device ・Accurate dispensing into the vessel ・High deaeration level (equivalent to the USP deaeration method) ・Dispensing amount is 250ml to 1000ml with accuracy <±1%. - Degassing level is less than 6 ppm dissolved oxygen, fully compliant with USP Toolkit. ・With a corrosion-resistant design that is resistant to acids and a robust design with a simple structure, it does not break down frequently like other companies' products. ・The tank that can be heated up to 45 degrees Celsius is easy to attach and detach, making it even more convenient to purchase a spare tank. - Operation is as simple as pressing a button, so even beginners can perform de-dispensing. -Easy to clean, just discard the remaining liquid, fill the tank with purified water, place the dispensing nozzle in the sink, and press the button. ・Dispensing nozzles (optional) for dissolution testers with 6 vessels in a horizontal row are also available.

■ Media-Mate Plus™ de-dispensing device for dissolution testing

Simply place the dispensing nozzle on the vessel set in the dissolution tester and press the start button to simultaneously dispense up to 7 vessels of test solution with dissolved oxygen of 6 ppm or less within 5 minutes. The perfect test solution preparation system for busy dissolution laboratories that require both speed and accuracy. The test solution is simultaneously dispensed into 6 or 7 vessels within 5 minutes through the steps of heating → filtration → degassing → volume measurement → dispensing. The ergonomic and easy-to-move Media-Mate Plus easily dispenses test fluids into dissolution testers, saving labor, reducing human error, and improving test results. Media-Mate Plus exceeds USP/US FDA recommended test fluid degassing levels, making it one of the most effective tools to ensure a successful Performance Verification Test (PVT).
