About This Product

Reactor-Ready can handle synthesis reactions up to 35 L and requires only a few minutes to change out the reactor. The reaction temperature is -70℃ to 230℃, and vessel sizes can be selected from 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, and 35L. By adding AVA software as necessary, test condition settings and data management can be automated.

■Features

- Jacket reactors can be replaced in minutes. - You can also select a process vessel similar to a plant scale with a height to internal diameter ratio of 1.25:1. ・Available for all sizes of vacuum jacket vessels with added vacuum insulation layer (ready-made sizes are 5L and 10L). ・Reactor-Ready Duo can use two reactors under different reaction conditions, and the second vessel can also be used as a two-stage reaction liquid transfer vessel or raw material supply vessel. - By adding the PC software ava, you can control temperature, stirring, record data, and collectively manage balances, pumps, pH meters, etc. made by other companies.
