About This Product

C-Joule PLT is a continuous flow ohmic heater for pilot or small production scale, capable of flow rates up to 60 kg/h from room temperature to 90°C in about 10 seconds. Ideal for use in pre-production testing, small-scale production and applications with stringent product quality and process requirements, special for the food and beverage industry for food pasteurization and the fine and specialty chemical industry for continuous flow heating applications. It's a design. It offers all the benefits of ohmic heating, fast heating speed, precise heating control, no hot surfaces, and 95% energy efficiency in a convenient skid mounting system.

■Features

・Skid mount with vertical flow path and minimal footprint ・Easy to reconfigure the unit due to frame mount system ・Three types of heater configurations to accommodate a wide range of product conductivities ・The device comes with a pump with product flow control ・Operation is performed using a touch panel and data logging is performed. ・Temperature rises by 70℃ in about 10 seconds
