About This Product

The C-Joule LAB 150 is a pressurized version of the C-Joule LAB 100, a laboratory-scale pressurized batch ohmic heater that can be used up to 150°C. As an ideal R&D tool, it is used in the food and beverage industry for pasteurization and sterilization evaluation, recipe enrichment, and shelf life testing. Ohmic heating is especially useful for foods with high viscosity or delicate particles that are easily damaged by traditional heating devices.

・Rectangular product chamber for even heating between electrodes ・Provides complete safety with safety valve and interlock blowing at 5.5 BarG ・Condensed steam recovery container included -Tilt mechanism for easy product handling and container cleaning ・Data logging of temperature, pressure, voltage, current, and power via USB ・Eliminates high-temperature surfaces, reducing product stains, thermal deterioration, and caramelization ・Original control system realizes accurate temperature control to set value
