HTT-01 hot tack tester is suitable for hot tack and heat sealing performance testing of plastic films, laminate films and other packaging materials. Suitable for peel test, tensile break test and other tests of adhesives, adhesive tapes, laminate films, plastic films, paper and other flexible materials.

HTT-01 hot tack tester is suitable for hot tack and heat sealing performance testing of plastic films, laminate films and other packaging materials. Suitable for peel test, tensile break test and other tests of adhesives, adhesive tapes, laminate films, plastic films, paper and other flexible materials.

■Product features・Four modes: hot tack, heat seal, peel, and tensile test provide many test condition combinations.
- By using digital P.I.D temperature control technology, the set temperature can be reached in a short time without fluctuation.
- Equipped with an advanced displacement control system, the displacement accuracy reaches 0.1mm.
・Four force ranges are stepless speed adjustment from 0.05-3000mm/min to meet various testing needs.
・Various specifications of load cells to achieve test requirements for various force values
- Superior design of overtravel protection, overload protection, automatic position reset and power failure memory for safe operation
-Independent temperature control of upper and lower jaws provides multiple combinations of test conditions.
-Test parameters such as heat seal temperature, pressure and residence time can be entered on the touch screen.
