Solved the problems of conventional flow-through cells. The latest flow-through cell dissolution tester. Conforms to Japanese Pharmacopoeia Dissolution Test Method 3, USP Apparatus 4. Flow-through cell dissolution testers are widely applied to poorly soluble, modified-release, and sustained-release formulations. With the evolution of new drug delivery platforms, the USP Instrument 4 is ideal for studying dissolution profiles of solid, liquid, oral, and parenteral formulations, as well as stents and implants. The device is configurable and can be used with a wide variety of elution conditions/cells/dosage forms/hydrodynamics/flow rates/sink conditions. The USP Instrument 4 is the instrument of choice to meet the needs of recent changes in dissolution testing.

-USP Device 4 is an ideal choice for poorly soluble drugs. ・The USP device 4 is the best method for elution with large volumes of test fluid, as it allows for an infinite number of sink conditions. ・In IVIVC research, automatic exchange of test liquids for solid and liquid formulations can be easily achieved. - Easily change the test liquid flow rate to enable "accelerated" test studies. ・Many problems such as floating tablets and adhesion are solved.
