About This Product
This is a device for measuring coating thickness using an edge cut method. It is extremely easy to operate and takes advantage of the P.I.G 455 by drilling holes in the coated surface with a conical drill at a defined angle and measuring easily and accurately with a microscope.
The measurement range with a standard drill is 3 to 300 μm. It is also possible to measure 200/500/1,000μm by changing the drill.
