The TVB15 type viscometer is equipped with an output as standard. A viscometer that can keep records also improves work efficiency.
■Features
・Pivotless mechanism (torsion wire + magnetic bearing)
・Digital display
・Auto stop function
・One-touch rotor installation
・Data output
■Operating principle
The rotation of the motor is transmitted to the rotor via a torsion wire (suspension wire), and viscous torque acts on the rotor as it rotates in the liquid to be measured. The torsion wire rotates while being twisted by an angle proportional to the magnitude of this viscous torque, and the torsion angle of the torsion wire is the same as the mutual twist angle of slit disks A and B connected to both ends of the torsion wire. is.
Photo sensors installed on each slit disk read this twist angle, convert it to viscosity, and display it. Additionally, there is a magnetic bearing at the bottom end of the torsion wire, which supports the rotor's axis without contact.
