About This Product

■ApplicationsStainless steel wires of various thicknesses are wrapped tightly around a 1/4 inch diameter stainless steel rod.
This spacing ensures a very uniform film thickness.

Please select the appropriate size depending on the type, viscosity, solid content, etc. of the paint you will be using.
1 inch = 25.4 mm 1 mil = 1/1000 inch = 0.0254 mm = 25.4 μm (micron) When selecting a bar coater, please consider wet coating film = count x 1.5 to 2.0 times.
