About This Product

■Multi-channel data acquisition device SDR wireless signal processing device

This is a half-rack or pizza box-sized wireless signal processing device for SDR equipped with FPGA. It has built-in A/D, D/A, and FPGA, and can be controlled from a host PC with 1,000Base-T. Since a CPU board can be incorporated as an option, it is also possible to complete the system with a single unit. FPGA development supports Model-Based Design (MBDK) with MATLAB/Simulink, making it especially suitable for wireless communications (MIMO) research and laboratory measurement applications.

■Summary

PicoDigitizer 125 is a multi-channel SDR wireless signal processing device equipped with a 125MHz 14bit A/D. It has A/D & FPGA built into the half rack size, and can be controlled from a PC with 1,000Base-T. Input channels can be selected from 16/32ch. The FPGA is equipped with Xilinx Virtex-6. Additionally, a CPU board can be incorporated as an option, so it is possible to complete the system with a single unit. FPGA development supports sample code written in VHDL (BSDK) as well as model-based design (MBDK) using MATLAB/Simulink, making it especially suitable for wireless signal research and laboratory measurement applications.

■MBDK (Model Base Design Kit)

- By combining Mathworks' Simulink interface and Xilinx's System Generator, you can create FPGA images without knowledge of VHDL/Verilog. - Significantly reduces the time customers spend on low-value-added tasks such as programming I/O interfaces, adjusting FPGA constraints, and debugging drivers. - Provides host simulation tools that allow for actual I/O integration within simulation, step-by-step FPGA fabric design migration, easy FPGA-to-host interaction, data logging, and more. - Provides tools such as record/playback, host I/O control, and data streaming libraries.
