About This Product

■Basic information

Clear carbon that is resistant to high temperatures and can withstand heat shock. CoorsTek's various carbon and graphite products, which take advantage of properties not found in metal materials or other ceramic materials, are used in a variety of industries including semiconductors. In particular, high-purity graphite material, whose ash content is kept below 3ppm through special treatment, is widely used in semiconductor manufacturing processes, such as heaters and crucibles for pulling silicon single crystals and boats for liquid phase epitaxial production. Furthermore, clear carbon, which is made by applying a SiC coating to the surface of a carefully selected graphite base material, is used in epitaxial susceptors and various jigs, and its excellent properties are highly evaluated both domestically and internationally.

・Used in various industries including semiconductors (ash content is kept below 3ppm through special processing) ・Special carbon material: high density/high uniform thermal properties/high oxidation resistance ・SiC coated graphite: High purity/excellent high temperature durability/high uniform heating properties ・High-purity grade: Special carbon materials have higher oxidation and wear resistance, and we also have high-purity grades suitable for semiconductor applications. ・Fine Grain coating: Fine grain coating with dense crystals is also available for single-wafer susceptors.
