About This Product

■Composite Hose® is used from food to space

"Composite Hose®" is an industrial hose made of multiple layers of resin film, tubes, cloth, etc., reinforced by spirally wrapping wire inside and outside. Our multi-layered composite structure has been highly praised, and we provide equipment hoses for a wide range of fields including the chemical industry, petroleum, steel, machinery, and food, as well as cargo handling hoses for the land and shipping industries. It also contributed to the launch of a rocket at the Japan Space Development Agency's Tanegashima Space Center. Each product has excellent safety, durability, and chemical resistance, and is strong enough to withstand repeated bending. ■Chemical hose

This chemical hose series is mainly made of polypropylene (P.P), so it has excellent chemical resistance and can be used for a variety of purposes.

■Main uses

Most corrosive and volatile chemicals can be used. *Even if the hose is directly immersed in the liquid tank, the outside surface of the hose will not be affected by the liquid. In this case, please specify the end fitting as it will be a special specification. *Please avoid using this series outdoors for long periods of time in direct sunlight or dragging the hose as it has poor abrasion resistance.

■Notes

・If you use this hose for multiple purposes, cleaning is required. For cleaning, use a cleaning agent and water that does not damage the hose, or use warm water below 80°C. - If high purity is required, we recommend washing with the liquid used after the above temporary washing. ・When using this hose, please check the performance, purpose, and application listed in the catalog.
