About This Product

■SummaryThe low concentration zirconia oxygen concentration meter OX400 is based on Yokogawa Electric's long experience and track record of oxygen concentration meters, and is highly accurate and reliable as it can measure concentrations from as low as 0-10ppmO2 to 0-100vol%O2 with one unit. This is a sexual oximeter. The sensor uses Yokogawa Electric's unique thin film formation method, and because the zirconia element and platinum are molecularly bonded, there is no peeling, and it is a small, highly reliable zirconia sensor with fast response and long life.

Can be used for oxygen concentration control in semiconductor diffusion furnaces, drying ovens, liquid crystal manufacturing processes, soldering bath flow/reflow ovens, glove boxes, oxygen concentration control in gas manufacturing processes, oxygen concentration measurement for dust explosion prevention in powder transfer, etc. .
