■Features

1.Maximum discharge pressure 150MPa The product has a maximum discharge pressure of 150 MPa, making it ideal for safety inspections at hydrogen stations, pressure resistance and airtightness tests of instruments and piping around hydrogen pressure accumulators, and testing of ultra-high pressure equipment. The discharge rate is 93ln/min at a discharge pressure of 125MPa, making it possible to increase the work volume in a short time. The medium used is nitrogen, general gas, etc. 2. Lighter weight MHG-150 is a new booster unit product that uses an aluminum frame for the housing and is lightweight at approximately 60 kg. Comparable conventional products weigh 2 to 3 times as much (compared to our products), so heavy equipment was required to stack and unload them during transportation, but the lighter weight makes it easier to transport with regular vehicles. 3. Compliant with High Pressure Gas Safety Act The booster built into the main body uses an air-driven DLE75-2 made by MAXIMATOR, and the high-pressure valve and fittings are also made of steel that complies with domestic regulations.The external dimensions and weight are the same as the conventional product, but the tensile strength They have high strength and are compliant with the High Pressure Gas Safety Act (test-ready products) up to 150MPa. 4.Ensuring worker safety To ensure the safety of inspection workers at hydrogen stations and other sites, it is equipped with an emergency stop button and is designed to stop the booster operation and quickly exhaust the ultra-high pressure residual gas in the system.
