About This Product

Maximator pipeline filters are used to filter process fluids in high pressure systems. Cup-shaped designs are used when a large filtration surface and a single micron-sized element are desired. The filtration surface area is increased by 6 times compared to disc-type filters, allowing for lower pressure drop, higher flow rates, and longer element replacement intervals. Filter elements are available in standard sizes of 5, 30, or 56 microns and are easily replaceable. The filter temperature rating is -200°C to 350°C (-330̊F to 660̊F).

■Material-Body, cover, cover gland: 316 stainless steel.
-Element: 316 stainless steel.

Pipe connections sealed with PTFE tape are recommended for use from -17°C (1°F) to 230°C (450°F). If using an anaerobic sealant, follow the sealant manufacturer's instructions.

*It is recommended that all fluids entering the high pressure system be thoroughly flushed. Maximator filters are designed to remove small amounts of process particles. The differential pressure across the filter element must not exceed 6.9 MPa (1,000 psi).
