About This Product

The MAXIMATOR booster station is a booster station that can be used for nitrogen or a variety of other gas applications and has connections to generate operating pressures up to 240 MPa. Booster stations can be used for all types of testing and filling, gas recovery, or other applications requiring high pressure.

MAXIMATOR offers a wide range of accessories for every case of application. Some of them are pressure switches and pneumatic or electric directional control valves to control the system. Connection adapters, quick couplings, pressure filters, high pressure hoses, shut-off valves and control valves are also available.

MAXIMATOR booster stations are designed according to customer requirements. Our sales engineers and colleagues in our engineering departments around the world are happy to provide expert advice and recommend that each booster station is suitable for your specific application.

Pressure is generated by a pneumatically operated MAXIMATOR booster. The booster connects to the existing industrial compressed air duct system. No electrical connection is required to generate pressure.

A MAXIMATOR booster station can be equipped with all MAXIMATOR boosters. Limitations arise only from structural dimensions and the pump flow rate required for each function.

For simple alignment tests or problem-free applications, the MAXIMATOR power pack is equipped with all the necessary components. Some of them are an air control unit with a combination filter and water separator, a pressure regulating valve, a pressure control gauge, and a manual shutoff valve to shut off the driving air pressure.

The MAXIMATOR booster station can be mounted either on a base plate, on a stainless steel protective frame with control equipment mounted on a panel, or on a switching cabinet.

On the high pressure side, the booster station has a pressure relief valve (expansion valve) and a manifold block with one or more pressure outlets (which can be switched off individually or completely on request) for connecting the specimens. will be equipped.
