About This Product
The MAXIMATOR power pack for oil, water and aggressive media is a complete hydraulic unit ready to connect to generate operating pressures of up to 700 MPa (101,000 psi). Hydraulic systems can be used for all types of testing, bolt tightening, clamping, or other applications that require specific pressure.
Pressure is generated by a MAXIMATOR pump operated with air pressure. The pump connects to your existing industrial compressed air duct system. No electrical connection is required to generate pressure.
The MAXIMATOR power pack can be equipped with all MAXIMATOR pumps. Limitations arise only from structural dimensions and the pump flow rate required for each function.
For simple alignment tests or problem-free applications, the MAXIMATOR power pack is equipped with all the necessary components. Some of them are an air control unit with a combination filter and water separator, a pressure regulating valve, a pressure control gauge, and a manual shutoff valve to shut off the driving air pressure.
For all applications within the hydraulic range, the pump is mounted on the oil tank in a compact and space-saving manner. For operation with water or corrosive media, the pump is installed in a tank. Depending on the standard, you can choose from tank capacities from 6.5 liters to 70 liters. Larger tanks are available if required.
On request, the tank can be equipped with a carrying handle or wheels (recommended for all G-type pumps and tank volumes from 30 liters).
