About This Product

■Summary

This testing machine sandwiches a rotating cylindrical test piece (A) between two block test pieces (B1, B2), and applies the pressing force (load) between them. Then, the rotation speed of the cylindrical test piece is arbitrarily controlled, and the sliding friction force between A and B1 and B2, the size of wear marks, temperature rise, etc. are measured, and the load dependence and speed dependence of the friction coefficient and wear rate are measured. , to measure sliding distance dependence, load carrying capacity, lubricant effectiveness, etc.

■Features

1) Compact and simple structure, easy to attach and detach test pieces. 2) Frictional wear including tribochemical reaction effects can be measured. 3) Can handle a wide range of loads from light loads (200g) to high loads (approximately 350kg). 4) The rotation speed of the cylindrical test piece can be changed steplessly from low speed (4 to 5 min⁻¹) to high speed (approximately 2,500 min⁻¹). 5) Since the test piece has a shape that is easy to process, testing of materials that are difficult to process can be performed relatively easily. 6) It is also possible to test with the testing machine in an upright position. ① Continuously supply abrasive material and measure apresive wear. ② Continuously supplies liquids and solids, allowing sampling of friction powder and used lubricant.
