About This Product

■Summary

This is a micro core extraction drilling machine that can extract only the required part in the form of a core to create samples for analysis and observation of research samples. When observing the center of bulk materials, direct sampling is possible and material loss can be reduced.

■Features

1) Small and space-saving tabletop type. 2) Coring is possible with an inner diameter of Φ1mm to Φ6mm x 140mm, and in the case of thin plate-like samples, it is possible to coring multiple sheets one on top of the other. 3) Coring is performed using step cycle feed, which allows for good chip removal and prevents clogging. Also, there is less damage to the sample. 4) Hole drilling is also possible (micro diameter drill)

1) Extraction of optical microscope samples and TEM samples, and preparation of various analysis samples. 2) Coring of glass, crystal, silicon, soft rock, refractories, resins, composite materials, etc. <Set example>
