■Summary
One of the basic things when performing precision polishing is the control of contamination by abrasives. This machine is a small, easy-to-use type that can be easily cleaned. It can be cleaned using powerful ultrasonic waves (frequency 28Hz) without applying mechanical shock. There are two types: 1ℓ (MKL-1000) and 5ℓ (MKL-5000). The 5ℓ type comes with a heater that heats it to approximately 40℃.

2) Sufficient corrosion resistance against various commonly used solvents.
3) You can set the time with a timer depending on the degree of dirt.

1) Cleaning of polished sample
2) In the case of precision polishing, cleaning before moving on to the next stage
3) Removal of abrasive grains and residue from the previous stage
