About This Product

■Summary

This is an automatic thin section polishing machine with double-sided lapping that creates ultra-thin polished thin sections by inserting a hard tissue section between two diamond lapping disks, the top and bottom facing each other, and polishing them.

■Features

1) A 40mm square bone section can be polished to a thickness of 10μm without distortion of the specimen. 2) For polishing, simply set the thinly sliced ​​tissue piece, and the machine will do the rest automatically.The machine is equipped with an automatic sizing device that automatically stops when it reaches the thickness set by a micrometer. . 3) Pressurized polishing method using air balance. The rotation of the lapping surface plate and the processing pressure (air pressure) can be adjusted depending on the size and thickness of the tissue piece. <Set example>
