About This Product

■Summary

This is a compact and simple device that stirs the polishing liquid using a magnetic stirrer and supplies a fixed amount using a tube pump.

■Features

1) Automatic stirring and supply eliminates unnecessary supply of polishing liquid, and equalizes the discharged particle density and the amount of supplied liquid, thereby achieving uniform processing conditions. 2) The polishing liquid is stirred and supplied automatically, which saves labor. By connecting to our company's forced drive guide arm control panel or the small specimen mirror automatic polishing machine Dialap ACE (ML-162A), it can be linked to timer operation and automatically control ON/OFF. 3) By installing an additional unit for lubricating liquid in addition to supplying polishing liquid, unnecessary supply of polishing liquid can be reduced. 4) Continuous/Drip changeover switch allows the following uses. ① Continuous mode: When applying the initial polishing liquid, a large amount of polishing liquid can be supplied. ②Drip mode: Diamond fluid can be supplied at regular intervals (arbitrary setting by volume).
