About This Product

■Summary

This device is a tabletop automatic polishing machine with a standard polishing plate of Φ150mm that is equipped with a digital timer as standard and allows you to select the guide arm.

■Features

1) The power of the guide arm is used in conjunction with the main power of the lapping machine to make it more robust. In addition, the rotation ratio between the lapping machine and Kenbi guide ring is constant at 1:1, which has good polishing efficiency, so there is no need to set complicated conditions. 2) For the guide arm, you can choose between a forced drive guide arm and an oscillating drive arm. 3) It has a built-in timer to set the polishing time, and by linking the automatic dripping device (optional) to the 100V outlet of the main unit, unattended automatic operation is possible. 4) As an option, it is possible to install an automatic drip device “Isu-kun”, an emergency stop button, and a cover interlock. Also, if you use an adapter, you can also use our Φ200mm polishing machine. <Set example>
