About This Product

■Summary

A powerful surface polisher for creating rock preparations. Hold the sample in your hand during polishing.

■Features

1) Since it uses a powerful 0.4kW motor, it is possible to increase efficiency through heavy polishing. Note) The standard accessory cast iron lapping machine is Φ250mm, but it is even more efficient if you use a Φ300mm lapping machine that is ordered separately. 2) Despite the powerful motor, the rotation noise is very quiet. 3) Cast iron lapping machine and sand tray can be easily installed and removed. Keeping a spare lapping machine on hand and sending it out regularly for flattening will ensure that you are always working with the highest level of surface accuracy. 4) The work surface is located 80cm from the floor, reducing fatigue caused by sanding. It is also convenient for efficient polishing work by arranging two or three machines side by side.

1) Creation of polished thin sections of rocks, minerals, bricks, etc. for polarizing microscopes. 2) Mirror polishing of metals, minerals, etc. samples for reflection microscopy. 3) Edge polishing of hard and brittle materials. <Set example>
