About This Product

■Summary

This machine is small and lightweight, but the size of the lapping machine is Φ200 mm, and the lapping rotation speed is variable in the range of 30 to 500 min⁻¹. It is mainly used as a sample polisher for microstructural examination of metals and ceramics, as well as for preparing thin sections of rocks and minerals for polarized light microscopy and for compositional examination. By replacing the accessories, free abrasive polishing with a cast iron lapping machine or fixed abrasive polishing with waterproof abrasive paper is possible. Due to these features, it is widely used not only in polishing rooms but also in quality control and technical rooms.

■Features

1) The rotation speed can be continuously variable from 30 to 500 min⁻¹, allowing polishing from rough polishing to final polishing according to the work process and skill level. 2) The aircraft body is made of durable and beautiful FRP resin. Several units can be used side by side for different processes.

1) Simple polishing performed by holding a small sample by hand 2) Polishing of gold phase test sample <Set example>
