About This Product

■Summary

This machine is a tabletop wire saw that performs precision cutting by reciprocating electroplated diamond wire. By using the capstan method, the wire is fed out at a constant speed, and the speed and tension are maintained constant even during cutting operations. This stabilizes the behavior of the wire and allows it to be used with a variety of materials, including materials with different hardness and brittle materials.

■Features

1. Wire with a thin wire diameter (0.12mm~) can be used, reducing cut loss when using expensive or rare materials. 2.The cutting feed method uses a weight load method, and the low-load table feed allows cutting of brittle materials and reducing burrs and chipping. 3. Equipped with safety devices (emergency stop button, disconnection detection, waterproof interlock) as standard. 4.Easy operation with touch panel. 5.Equipped with automatic winding function, making wire replacement easy. 6. Equipped with a CCD camera and monitor display, it is possible to cut and accurately position minute parts.
