A compact tabletop precision cutting machine with continuous shallow cutting method. A variety of options are available and can be used for various cutting purposes.
■Features
1) The minimum depth of cut can be set at 0.1μm/pass, allowing the use of ultra-thin blades (100μm or less) and fine abrasive blades (#1,000 or more).
2) Can be equipped with a monitor system or ELID (electrolytic in-process dressing) system (optional).
■Applications
1) Precision cutting of single crystals (silicon, SiC, etc.).
2) Fine positioning cutting for wafer pattern printing (street cut)
3) Precision cutting and lattice grooving of IT parts.
4) Microfabrication for TEM samples.
