About This Product

■SummaryThis is an upper-blade type cutting machine specifically designed for processing thin sheet materials with a wide work table and an emphasis on operability. In addition, the spindle has a wide bearing span to minimize vibration at the tip of the grinding wheel, preventing unnecessary wear and tear on the wheel due to tip vibration.

■Features1) An air pressurized clamp is used to prevent sample dispersion during cutting due to poor chucking, allowing safe chucking with simple operation.
2) The L-shaped jig for sizing is used to position the cutting width of laminated boards, etc., and by obtaining better parallelism accuracy, one end of the board can be cut to the standard. It is possible to cut a 400mm x 400mm sample with parallel accuracy of 0.02mm to 0.05mm.

■Applications1) Precision cutting of composite materials such as FRP and CFRP.
2) Multi-cutting of plate glass, ceramic substrates, etc. (special order)
3) Cutting out a plate-shaped specimen of composite material.
4) Cutting edges of other board materials.
