■Summary
Ceramicron cuts structural ceramics with eight multi-blade blades, while Mini Ceramicron cuts precision with a single blade. Additionally, processing conditions can be selected to prevent chipping and cracking during cutting.
The Mini Cera Micron Type 4 is a series that adds high speed and high functionality to the Mini Cera Micron in order to respond to the increasing sophistication of cutting techniques that accompany the diversification of research purposes.
■Features
This is a fully automatic precision cutting machine with an automatic sizing positioning function on the front and back vertical axes.
1) The spindle tip shape is straight type, shaft diameter Φ30mm.
2) Cutting is fully automatic, including vertical and vertical cutting depth settings and front and rear slice width settings.
■Applications
1) Multi-cutting of test pieces in accordance with JIS R1601/1607.
2) Multi-cutting of high temperature/structural ceramic parts.
3) Multi-cutting of specimens for interface inspection of composite materials (CFRP/CFRM).
4) Rough cutting of silicon ingot.
5) For cutting other materials such as hardened steel and stainless steel.
