About This Product
■Summary
Ceramicron cuts structural ceramics with eight multi-blade blades, while Mini Ceramicron cuts precision with a single blade. Additionally, processing conditions can be selected to prevent chipping and cracking during cutting.
■Features
1) High efficiency automatic cutting is possible.
2) You can cut items of MAX H80mm x L125mm using a grindstone of Φ250mm.
3) Both oscillate cutting and creep feed cutting are possible.
4) The cutting depth of the grinding wheel axis can be set to a minimum of 1μm/pass.
5) Equipped with a high-speed servo motor for left and right feed, enabling high-speed cutting of 7mm to 6,000mm/min min⁻¹.
■Applications
1) Multi-cutting of test pieces in accordance with JIS R1601/1607.
2) Multi-cutting of high temperature/structural ceramic parts.
3) Multi-cutting of specimens for interface inspection of composite materials (CFRP/CFRM).
4) Rough cutting of silicon ingot.
5) For cutting other materials such as hardened steel and stainless steel.
