About This Product

■Summary A multi-type fully automatic precision cutting machine for cutting (grinding) difficult-to-cut materials. Ideal for research, education, and experiment sites that are used less frequently than production sites. If you set and input the machining conditions using a microcomputer, the machine is equipped with a "two-axis positioning device" that automatically cuts to size on the vertical axis, longitudinal axis, and left/right cutting feed. Both oscillate and creep feed cutting methods are available, allowing you to select processing conditions that suit the characteristics of the material. ■Features 1) High-efficiency multi-cutting enables high-precision cutting. For example, cutting HP, Si₃N₄, Φ50mm x 5tmm using 8 diamond blades takes 10 to 15 minutes. In this case, the parallelism accuracy is within ±0.01mm (±0.002mm for a single blade). Also, the roughness accuracy depends on the blade, but is approximately 0.71μmRmax. 2) The cutting depth of the grinding wheel shaft can be as low as 1μm/pass, and oscillating cutting (shallow cutting, rapid feed method) prevents chipping and minimizes damage to material properties caused by cutting distortion. . 3) Multiple cuts can be made at once using a multi-cut spacer. 4) The table feed is driven by a servo motor and can be continuously variable from ultra-low speed to high speed. 5) Surface grinding work is also possible using a separate "grinding jig". ■Applications 1) Multi-cutting of test pieces in accordance with JIS R1601/1607. 2) Multi-cutting of high temperature/structural ceramic parts. 3) Multi-cutting of specimens for interface inspection of composite materials (CFRP/CFRM). 4) Rough cutting of silicon ingot. 5) For cutting other materials such as hardened steel and stainless steel. ■Main body 1) Ceramicron (MX-833G or MX-833A₂G) main unit: 1 unit 2) Coolant device (100ℓ・100W): 1 unit 3) Cutting flange unit (Φ99mm): 1 set 4) Standard tools: 1 set 5) Coolant (C1 or E) 1ℓ: 2 bottles ■Options 6) Magnetic clamp type 3 (MBM-M3): 1 unit 7) Ceravis (MBM-833): 1 unit 8) Small vice 80 (MBK-80): 1 unit 9) Multi-cut spacer (7 pieces): 1 set 10) Diamond blade CD (Φ125mm×0.6tmm×60Hmm): 8 pieces 11) Adfix (240g) 12) GC Dresser S-1 (#180 10 pieces): 1 set 13) Multi-tightening jig: 1 unit
