About This Product

■SummaryThis is a cutting machine with a new axis design that is oriented 30 degrees diagonally to the X-axis (cutting feed direction) for improved operability. This is a top-blade type automatic precision cutting machine that numerically controls the vertical, longitudinal, and horizontal axes to perform automatic cutting.

■Features1) Automatic cycle operation including equal pitch movement is possible through 3-axis numerical control of up/down, front/back, left/right.
2) The processing software required for cutting various workpieces is equipped as standard.
3) Surface grinding is possible with the simple grinding function (optional).
4) The circulating coolant device cools the grinding wheel and workpiece, increasing the life of the grinding wheel and improving processing quality. In addition, the cooling liquid can be filtered with a paper filter option.
5) Interlock is equipped as standard as a safety measure. (When the door is opened: all drive parts stop)
