■Summary
This is a three-axis movable type (with automatic table feeder) top-blade automatic precision cutting machine with a new basic axis design that faces the front at an angle of 30 degrees to the X-axis (cutting feed direction) for improved operability.
■Features
1) The table is driven by an electric motor and can be operated automatically and manually.
2) The forward and backward pitch of the cutting blade can be adjusted using the front and rear manual handles. (Digital position display on touch panel.Reset key included/Resolution 0.002mm)
3) The vertical movement of the cutting blade can be adjusted using the manual handle.
4) Equipped with table auto return function to save labor.
5) A circulating coolant device cools the grinding wheel and workpiece, increasing the life of the grinding wheel and improving machining quality. In addition, the cooling liquid can be filtered with the paper filter option.
6) Interlock is standard equipment as a safety measure. (When the door is open: spindle and table stop)
