About This Product

■Summary

Although it is a tabletop type, it is a medium-sized lower blade type cutting machine suitable for the geological field that has a cutting capacity comparable to large machines that can cut materials with a diameter of 100 mm. Equipped with a three-phase 200V 0.75kW motor, it can be used with blades up to 350mm in diameter. It is possible to cut samples up to 100mm in height.

■Features

1) Manual handle feed type cutting allows for smooth and effortless cutting. 2) A Φ100mm rock core can be cut using a Φ350mm blade. 3) Cantilever vise (maximum opening 150mm) and circulating coolant tank (40ℓ) are standard equipment.

■Applications

1) Core cutting of rocks and minerals (sapphire, crystal, etc.) and concrete. 2) Block cutting of refractories, bricks, etc. 3) Rough cutting of ceramics, composite materials, etc. <Set example>
