About This Product

■Summary

Small samples can be rotated at a wide range of speeds, from low to medium speeds, allowing for easy cutting of sections with little distortion in the processed layer, allowing efficient cutting. Ideal for preparing thin sections of electron microscopy samples and cutting out gold phase specimens.

■Features

1) The main shaft supports stepless variable speed. Fine adjustments can be made to minimize specimen deterioration, burrs, and processed layer distortion due to frictional heat. 2) The sample cutting and feeding mechanism is a balance weight system. 3) The arm with the sample set descends to cut, so the depth of cut can be adjusted to suit the characteristics of the sample. 4) The cutting thickness (slice cut) can be read using a micrometer. 5) Equipped with a water splash prevention cover and interlock as standard. Additionally, by providing a coolant drain port on the front, workability during draining has been improved. 6) In addition to the standard ① swing arm method of cutting, the following methods can also be selected. ②By installing the slide table method, it is possible to trim plate-shaped samples and block-shaped samples. ③ Due to the loop wire method of installation, it is also possible to cut using the loop wire.
