About This Product

■Summary

Cutting, which is the basis for making research samples in laboratories and laboratories, can be done easily without compromising the sharpness of the material, and can be widely used for cutting and trimming small samples. The table is held by a linear ball guide, and movement in the cutting direction is extremely smooth. Therefore, you can sense the sharpness (cutting characteristics) by feeling the resistance at your fingertips, and you can fine-tune the feed speed accordingly.

■Features

1) You can cut everything from small rods, plates, irregularly shaped materials to long objects with free hand, and you can easily test cut the cross section to determine the processing process of the sample. 2) Primary cutting for surface leveling can be easily performed. 3) You can select according to the shape of the material, such as a double presser free clamp vise, a flat plate presser vise, or a slicing plate. 4) Forced feed cutting using motor feed and weight type constant pressure cutting are also possible. (Optional) 5) It is also possible to increase the cooling effect with a circulating cooling water unit using a pump. (Optional)

1) Cutting metal materials with a resinoid cutting wheel. 2) Special cutting wheels (nonferrous metal saws, plastic metal saws, chip saws) are used to cut 1) soft alloys such as pure aluminum and copper, and 2) plastic materials and composite materials including plastic materials. <Set example>
