About This Product
■Summary
This machine is a free-hand type small tabletop cutting machine that is based on the Mini Lab Cutter (MC-110) and has a powered-up motor for cutting small metal samples. Suitable for reference cutting and trimming of specimens. In addition, it can be used for a wide range of purposes by combining various blades and vises.
■Features
1. It is small and lightweight, easy to transport, and does not take up much space.
2. The slide table (sample mounting plate) is equipped with an L-shaped guide (with scale) that determines the cutting width, allowing continuous cutting to a fixed size.
3. For drainage, an L-shaped inverted drain type with a water level is used, making it easy to drain cooling water and clean the tank.
4. A wide variety of options are available (double presser vice, slicing vise, slicing plate, slicing clamp, etc.).

1. Cutting small metal samples (hardened steel, stainless steel, non-metallic materials).
2. Cutting hard and brittle materials such as rocks and ceramics.
3. Cutting composite materials, epoxies, polyester resins, etc.
4. By using the slicing clamp (optional), it is possible to cut the secondary surface of the preparation for polarized light microscopy.
