About This Product
ERRD is a system designed to resolve telephone problems in the office and support daily operations. ERRD can be installed at a very low cost because existing exchange equipment can be used as is.
Connect SCD-ID414 (call recording unit) in front of the main device (ME, PBX). The SCD-ID414 has "IN", "OUT", and "VM" ports, and the central office line can be connected to "IN", the main device can be connected to "OUT", and ERRD can be connected to "VM" in a modular manner. .
ERRD and SCD-ID414 are connected via RS-232C for control and modular for call recording. Incoming calls are handled by the line that goes through SCD-ID414. When it is time to activate call substitution, the SCD-ID414 detects an incoming call from an outside line, switches the line, ERRD responds, and performs call substitution.
By directly connecting an analog public line to ERRD, you can use the calling function. You can also access ERRD from anywhere and listen to messages.
Optionally, you can connect a printer to print registration ID information, broadcast information, line usage history information, and call history information. *When installing ERRD, line drawing work must be done using modular equipment.
