About This Product

■Product description

"powRgrip®" is a tool clamping system developed by LEGO Fix that boasts the highest gripping force and highest precision. The system consists of a compact clamping device, tool holder and high precision collet. Using a clamping device, the tool and collet are press-fitted into the tool holder at the same time, and the tool and collet are released from the tool holder at the same time after use. The clamping device press-fits the collet with extremely high pressure of 9kN. The high-precision collet has a micro-tapered shape with a special coating. This tapered press-fitting method maintains high gripping force while maintaining high precision, making it possible to grip tools safely. Features

■High precision

- Runout accuracy 3 microns or less (protrusion 3D or less) ・Repetition of tool length less than 10 microns

■Attenuation effect/adaptability

・Two contact surfaces between the holder and collet and collet and tool act to absorb vibration. ・Minimum holding diameter φ0.2~ ・Able to understand various blade materials

■Detachment time/number of times

・Tool attachment/detachment in less than 10 seconds ・Can be attached and detached more than 20,000 times
