About This Product

A telemeter with induction power supply for measuring the temperature of rotating objects. Temperature measurement data from 8 channels (maximum 16 channels) of thermocouples is sent from the rotor to the stator using a digital transmission method. Measured values ​​are output in analog and CAN. There are two types: a temperature measuring flange that supports high-speed rotation (up to 15,000 rpm) and a temperature measuring ring that can be installed on an existing rotating shaft. The inner diameter of the temperature ring can be customized.

■Temperature telemeter and torque telemeter

Temperature telemeters and torque telemeters that transmit the measurement results of torque, temperature, and stress on rotating bodies through digital wireless transmission without contact, and output them as analog voltage or CAN. The inductive power supply solves the measurement time constraints caused by battery power supply, the reduced reliability and maintenance problems caused by slip rings. In addition to temperature measuring flanges for mounting between shafts or shaft ends, and temperature measuring rings for mounting on shafts, we also offer telemeters assembled with transmitting units, antennas, and evaluation units. Mechanical dimensions of rings and flanges can be customized for easy use.

Temperature ring TTR is a multi-channel temperature telemeter. Ring diameters can be customized to meet customer requirements, and can be used for wiring and fixing thermocouples and setting parameters. ■TTF1 temperature measurement flange

The temperature measurement flange TTF1 is a 4 to 16 channel temperature telemeter. In addition to standard flanges, we can provide flanges that meet customer requirements, and can be used for wiring and fixing thermocouples and setting parameters.
