About This Product

NC high-speed notching machine for punching motor stator cores and rotor core throats. This machine is a spindle-type machine designed primarily for slot punching of stator cores and rotor cores made of laminated steel plates, which are necessary for manufacturing electric motors and generators. Indexing is done using the NC index method.

■High-speed notching machine

This is a product that represents YOSHINO's entry into the motor industry. The technology cultivated over 60 years in the press forging industry is utilized in every detail. It was completed in 2004 and boasts a cumulative total of over 60 units. ・Product lineup is 6 tons and 12 tons ・Special specifications are also available (Examples of actual results: 8 ton, 10 ton, 20 ton specifications) ・Contributes to the production of high-quality medium- and large-sized electric motors. -Eco-friendly equipment. The main power source is a servo motor. ・Adopts NC index method for indexing ・Full automation available according to customer requests

Approximately 15 seconds/piece when punching workpiece outer diameter 670 mm and 96 slots at 600 spm

Ideal for high-speed processing and multi-product, small-lot processing. Servo-driven notching (notch) Machining machine rotates at high speed and performs notching while controlling and maintaining accuracy of ±5/100.
