■Example of cross-sectional shape of workpiece
It can be bent into various shapes. R-bending can be done using an upper mold for R-bending or feed (pitch) bending.

■Workpiece bending example
We will introduce examples of bending various panel steel plate works. The servo drive panel bender eliminates the need to cut the protective sheet, which was considered impossible with conventional iron bending. Even with materials without a protective sheet, scratches and peeling can be significantly reduced, contributing to lower material costs, fewer defective products, and fewer manufacturing processes. Close bending is also possible, increasing the strength of the product and eliminating the welding process after bending.
It is possible to bend panel steel plates with a thickness of 0.5 to 0.6 tons, and it is also possible to bend small flanges.

■Uses AC servo motors for all axes
Since it does not use hydraulic pressure, there is no need for maintenance such as changing hydraulic oil. Additionally, it is completely unaffected by changes in oil temperature, and we were able to significantly reduce noise and vibration during operation. Furthermore, it is more energy efficient than the hydraulic type.
■No lifting of workpiece
Normal bending, reverse bending, hemming, etc. are possible without lifting the workpiece.
■Semi-automatic method
The operator uses a semi-automatic method that bends all sides by simply placing the material against the stopper and positioning it, and all that is required is the handling of loading and unloading the material, as well as the handling of the material against the stopper and rotation.
■Upper mold length automatic switching
The upper die can be automatically changed to the size that matches the bending length. The upper mold has a 5mm pitch changeover, which can be changed according to the length of the workpiece. For the sleeves, we have adopted an open type. In addition, it is possible to install an R-type tip, closing type, etc. as an option.
■Easy solo work
Even with long thin plates, the panel bending work can be done by a single operator without bending the workpiece.
