About This Product
The AC servo press brake YSP, which is a new concept that combines high precision, energy saving, and high cost performance, has successfully become a series.
The YSP series has achieved significant power savings, quietness, and low vibration compared to conventional hydraulic and hybrid types. Furthermore, we achieved a power of more than 100 tons and a bending length of 6 m, which was a challenge with conventional AC servo press brakes. The machining accuracy is extremely high due to the high accuracy characteristic of AC servo and the overwhelming mechanical rigidity of YSP. A wide range of peripheral equipment is also available. Above all, the effectiveness of ATC equipment is outstanding.
It is possible to consolidate workpieces that were processed using several machines into one machine, which eliminates the need for horizontal movement of materials and intermediate stock, resulting in space-saving and high work efficiency.

・The link mechanism reduces the motor capacity to 1/3 of the previous model with minimum energy and maximum effect.
・The eccentric offset system increases the ram's descending speed.
・Since no hydraulic mechanism is used to drive the ram, quiet performance, low vibration performance, and power saving performance are greatly improved.
・Compatible with an amazing open height of 600mm as standard. 600mm or more is possible as an option (880mm has been achieved).
・Basic structure with less deflection by increasing the rigidity of the ram and bed and reducing the frame gap to a maximum of 150mm.
・Punches can be easily clamped using the one-touch clamp.
■ATC (automatic mold change) device
3 types of upper molds and 3 types of lower molds can be automatically and quickly exchanged for each upper and lower mold. Significantly reduces traditional mold setup time.
■YSP CNC control
-Easy operation with color touch panel.
- Supports 3 patterns: direct input, angle direct input, and shape input.
・Coordination with higher-level production management system *Option: Specification meeting required
■High-performance back gauge
・Equipped with 2 butts. NC control of front and rear, left and right, and up and down.
- Supports up to 5 axes as standard. Supports up to 4 axes for bending lengths of less than 3m.
-Additional abutment and abutment confirmation sensor are available as options.
